WHO ARE WE?

BUSZREM S.A. employs 270 workers on several dozen different work stations. Our business activity is
focused on: the production of concrete elements (paving stones, slabs, street furniture), the
production of large-scale prefabricated ferroconcrete units, and property development. Our success
depends on the individual effort of every worker and also the ability to work in teams. We employ
not only experienced specialists but also young, full of invention graduates in building construction
studies and also technical, trading, and economic fields of studies.

We check your applications for matching to the profile of a wanted candidate. We invite only selected applicants for the interview.

The first meeting with our human resources officer is time for you to get to know us and for us to become acquainted with you. During the recruitment process for selected positions, we ask the candidates to prepare a presentation, take tests, or solve some problems.

During the second meeting, a manager of a particular department verifies if a candidate matches to the team and the preferred style of work. Then, we give the date of informing the candidate about our decision.

IV

In due time we contact with the candidates by phone. It is a time for informing about the results of the recruitment process and the future of the candidates.

The recruitment process can be diverse depending on the candidate’s qualifications and profile.
